Institutional partners
The supervising institutions of France Cohortes are, for the university partners, Sorbonne-University, University of Paris, Paris Saclay University, and for the research organizations and institutes, the National Institute for Health and Medical Research (Inserm) and the National Institute for Demographic Studies (INED).
Five partners brought together in a regulatory committee
The France Cohortes initiative responds to the need to develop a common approach for steering these large cohorts funded by the Investments for the Programme d'Investissement d'Avenir (PIA) and to incorporate them within a national strategy, shared by the various regulatory authorities.
The partner regulatory authorities of the France Cohortes project will contribute to the strategic steering of France Cohortes. They either lead or are partners in several cohorts. The inclusion of other regulatory authorities, more specifically those associated with a given cohort, may be included at a later time.
