France Cohortes, in coordination with the Clinical Research Unit, the Data Protection Delegation, the Legal Affairs Directorate and Inserm's regional offices, supports research teams in :
- ensuring that their research projects comply with regulatory requirements,
- drafting their analysis of the impact on the privacy of individuals (PIA/AIPD),
- using the legal models provided.
This support does not replace existing support cells managed by data protection delegations; it provides additional elements, particularly concerning information system security and data flow diagram.
The regulatory support is provided exclusively within the framework of the use of the services and tools of the France Cohortes IT platform.
